Lead Generation Specialist (North America & Europe Market)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Summary

Glorywebs Creatives Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Business Development team. You will be responsible for designing and executing lead generation strategies, identifying potential prospects, nurturing them through outreach campaigns, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team. This role is focused on international markets (North America & Europe), giving you global exposure and growth opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified prospects for the sales team.
  • Utilize various tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, CRM) to identify and target potential leads.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to build compelling content and messaging for outreach efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize results and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and ensure timely communication with the sales team.
  • Communicate regularly with the sales team to align on lead quality, volume, and pipeline progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in international lead generation or business development support (preferably in IT Services, Digital Marketing, SaaS).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in US/European time zones (evening shift).
