Key Responsibilities:
-> Identify new business opportunities through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, Email, Calls, Networking, etc.)
-> Generate and qualify leads, build strong sales pipelines, and convert them into potential clients.
-> Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions.
-> Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
-> Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure smooth communication.
-> Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
-> Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-> Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
-> 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / IT Sales (service-based company preferred).
-> Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-> Familiarity with lead generation platforms (e.g., Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, etc.) is a plus.
-> Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
-> Excellent English proficiency (written & verbal).
