We specialize in empowering businesses with technology and creative strategies to achieve measurable growth.Key Responsibilities:-> Identify new business opportunities through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, Email, Calls, Networking, etc.)-> Generate and qualify leads, build strong sales pipelines, and convert them into potential clients.-> Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions.-> Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.-> Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure smooth communication.-> Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.-> Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.Required Skills & Qualifications:-> Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.-> 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / IT Sales (service-based company preferred).-> Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.-> Familiarity with lead generation platforms (e.g., Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, etc.) is a plus.-> Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.-> Excellent English proficiency (written & verbal).Why Join Equitysoft?
