Telecaller - Bde

The below is the JD of Telecaller-BDE: - Make calls to customers and generate prospective leads for the business - Regular follow-up with prospective customers regarding the deals and estimates quoted by them - Manage Inbound and Outbound Call Handling Processes - Provide product and service information to customers. - Follow up customer calls for existing customers to provide service information wherever necessary. - Complete call logs and reports. Enter and update customer information in the CRM & Also have Data mining Knowledge - Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services. - Create and maintain positive client relationships to build a business. - Having Social Media Platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook - Maintain sales pipeline with accuracy.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
