Role Description
- 3–8 years of proven experience in
business development, lead generation, and client acquisition
within the
KPO/Outsourced Accounting/Financial Services industry
. - Hands-on experience with
cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, etc.)
. - Strong expertise in
international business development
across
USA, UK, and Canada
. - Excellent communication & email writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
- Strong
data mining, research, and opportunity identification
skills. - Demonstrated track record of being
target-driven and result-oriented
. - Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and show
leadership qualities
. - Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
