About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads that contribute to the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Sales team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads, enabling effective outreach and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads by reaching out to prospects via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely lead information.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and engagement until they are ready for sales handoff.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand ideal customer profiles and refine targeting strategies.
- Assist in creating email campaigns, outreach messages, and other communication templates for lead engagement.
- Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation activities and conversion performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Exposure to B2B IT/Tech services industry is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Good to Have
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar lead gen tools.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing funnels.
