About the Company:

The company is solving how Indians shop for Electronics with a first-of-its-kind hybrid retail model, blending Offline + Quick Commerce to deliver Free Live Home demos, compact experience centers, and 30-minute fulfilment in select areas.

What You'll Do:

Here, we don't just serve customers – we delight them. As a Customer Delight Executive, you'll be the voice of the company,
ensuring every customer interaction builds trust and creates repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries across
    WhatsApp, calls, and emails
    with empathy and speed.
  • Ensure smooth demo experiences:
    confirm slots, handle reschedules, resolve issues.
  • Track NPS (Net Promoter Score) and follow up on feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Work with Ops to resolve escalations (missed demos, delays, product issues).
  • Proactively engage past customers with offers, warranty updates, and new launches.
  • Maintain high first-response and resolution rates.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service / delight roles, preferably in D2C/e-commerce.
  • Strong communication skills
    with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Freshdesk, or WhatsApp Business API.
  • Based in Bangalore.
