Customer Service Representative – Outbound Calls (US)

We're looking for an experienced and motivated
Customer Service Representative
with strong skills in
outbound calling, online sales, lead generation, and market research
. In this role, you'll connect with customers and retailers, promote our products, generate new leads, and help close sales — all while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    outbound and cold calls
    to generate leads and drive sales (potential customers, retailers, and event planners.)
  • Reach out to retailers
    to present products, gather feedback, and build new relationships.
  • Perform
    market research
    to identify opportunities, industry trends, and potential customers.
  • Manage and respond
    promptly to inquiries
    via phone, email, and chat.
  • Generate and qualify leads
    for both product sales and event space rentals.
  • Follow up with leads, provide product information, and
    close sales
    effectively.
  • Maintain detailed customer and lead records in CRM systems.
  • Assist customers in coordinating
    private events, tastings, and facility tours
    .
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up to
    close sales and secure bookings
    .
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams to support promotions, client satisfaction and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience
    in customer service,
    online sales, outbound calling
    , or
    lead generation
    .
  • Proven success in
    outbound sales, lead generation, and closing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
