Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls, resolving issues, maintaining records, and contributing to improving the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience roles
  • Freshers can also apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru 5 days a week.
  • 10+2, any degree holders can apply
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
