Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Customer Service Representative located in Bengaluru. The Inbound Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer experience. Daily tasks will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, resolving customer issues, and working closely with the sales and logistics teams to provide timely and accurate information.
