Role title : Business Development Executive
Job description:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to set up meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Assist in creating business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition.
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and lead information.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
