Key responsibilities:

We are looking for an ambitious and data-driven Growth Manager to accelerate user growth, drive revenue, and shape the future of our AI-powered products for Financial Institutions, with a focus on the India region. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and a proven ability to build, scale, and optimize acquisition and retention initiatives.

As Growth Manager, you will work cross-functionally to uncover high-impact growth levers, run experiments, optimize the client journey, and develop scalable systems that deliver measurable results. You will have a direct influence on how our cutting-edge AI solutions reach clients, playing a central role in building our growth engine and achieving critical business objectives, while contributing to one of the most innovative transformations happening in financial technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Funnel Growth Strategy & Revenue Optimization:

  • Develop, implement, and execute full-funnel growth strategies to acquire and retain clients, increase revenue, and drive business expansion.

  • Lead efforts to optimize the conversion funnel and improve user engagement and conversion rates at each stage of the client journey.

Multi-Channel Acquisition Management & Budget Allocation:

  • Drive and manage acquisition campaigns through various marketing channels such as digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and partnerships.

  • Manage the growth marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different initiatives and channels based on their potential for driving growth and ROI.

Data Analytics, Performance Measurement & Reporting:

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives.

  • Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of growth initiatives, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities.

  • Create performance dashboards and provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership to demonstrate the impact of growth efforts and make recommendations for optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to implement scalable growth tactics, align growth initiatives with overall business objectives, and ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to growth.

Innovation, Experimentation & Growth Enablement:

  • Staying up to date with emerging growth tools, trends, and best practices.

  • Experiment with new ideas, strategies, and tactics to drive growth and improve performance, fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree/MBA would be a plus.

  • You have proven experience in a growth marketing or related field, preferably in a startup or tech company. Experience in a leadership/managerial role would be a plus.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies that drive business expansion and revenue growth.

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, referral programs, and content marketing.

  • Deep experience with A/B testing, analytics platforms, and CRM tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and translate metrics into strategy.

  • Proactive work style, capable of operating independently and contributing effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration and clear presentation of ideas, strategies, and results to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal command of English
