We're hiring a Social Media Head (Gurgaon)

Pravis, founded by the entrepreneurs behind Momspresso (acquired by Mamaearth) is an integrated growth marketing partner blending strategy, storytelling, influencers, content, performance & innovation to take brands from positioning to scale.

We're looking for a Social Media Head to lead the full social ecosystem for high-growth, digital-first brands.

Experience: 5–10 years

What this role is about

Not coordination.

Not posting.

This is content + culture + growth leadership inside Pravis.

You'll own how the brand shows up on Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn shaping content, creators, culture, community and analytics end to end.

You should be able to:


• Build platform-native social strategies & content pillars


• Create insight-led content engines that drive shares, saves, engagement & follower growth


• Lead reels, shorts, stories, static & creator collaborations


• Use AI + analytics to optimise scripts, hooks, formats & performance


• Think across brand × content × culture × growth


• Collaborate closely with creative, studio, influencer & performance teams
