Social Media & Content Associate– Step-Up Internship

Summary

This role presents an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are creative and love to convert ideas into actionable results digitally using social media channels. This is well suited for University or Business School students graduating in 2025/26, or freshers seeking internship or professional experience in the field of social media and Content Creation.

The Intern will work closely with our Digital Marketing team to create brand visibility, develop creative content, and support social media campaigns for T&A Consulting and its international client accounts.

Role Overview

As a part of the social media team, you will play a key role in enhancing T&A's online presence and engagement across platforms. The role involves writing impactful content, crafting engaging posts, assisting in campaign implementation, and contributing to design and brand communication activities.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to live projects and an opportunity to learn and grow in a high impact consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Create engaging posts, captions, and short articles related to trade, investment, and education.
• Write business articles and content on macroeconomics.
• Design creatives, event posts, and newsletters using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Help maintain and update website content.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Research current social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams for updates and stories to be shared online.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Interest in content creation, branding, and online engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualification

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or related fields.
• Certification or coursework in Social Media Management / Content Creation is a plus.
