We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Strategist to accelerate the impact of social media on our clients' brands and business. You will be charged with increasing the social following and engagement and will be the point person responsible for all organic social media channels, with focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.

Our team is responsible for generating attention-grabbing ideas that entice our clients' target audiences. You will assist in developing conceptual campaigns and look to team members for innovative ideas that help us stand out. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategy across several of our key accounts, as well as
building social media recommendations, scheduling social posts, and pulling metrics to continuously optimize campaigns to reflect our brand and business goals.

We are looking for a hands-on team member who has the experience and skills to run social media campaigns on a day-to-day basis.

Duties and responsibilities

· Develop, implement and manage social media strategy

· Define the most important social media KPIs

· Manage and oversee social media content and social media content calendars

· Measure the success of every social media campaign

· Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

· Stay on top of the trends and be able to identify what's next on existing and emerging social platforms

· Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media

· Hire and train others on the team

Requirements and qualifications

· Experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role

· Excellent knowledge of all Social Platforms

· Good understanding of social media KPIs

· Outstanding multitasking skills

· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

· Degree in Marketing or a similar relevant field
