We are seeking an accomplished growth leader to drive digital acquisition strategy and scale revenue outcomes for our rapidly expanding travel marketplace. In this role, you will own and orchestrate data-driven user growth across paid channels, applying advanced performance optimization techniques and full-funnel experimentation to unlock sustainable, high-ROI acquisition. You will oversee all aspects of digital media execution—including search, social, display, programmatic, and emerging platforms—while collaborating closely across product, analytics, design, and revenue teams to shape an integrated growth roadmap.
This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical, and highly execution-oriented marketing leader who is passionate about building modern growth engines within dynamic consumer-focused environments.
What You'll Lead
Build and scale the paid growth engine across all digital acquisition channels to deliver predictable and profitable growth.
Manage the full acquisition budget, driving efficiency through continuous ROI and CAC optimization.
Lead full-funnel campaign architecture—from audience segmentation and targeting strategy to messaging, bidding, and conversion optimization.
Launch structured experimentation programs (A/B & multivariate testing) to validate hypotheses, accelerate learning, and unlock new growth opportunities.
Analyze funnel metrics, customer behavior, and attribution insights to identify levers for conversion uplift and improved retention.
Partner with product and data science teams to enable personalized experiences using first-, second-, and third-party data.
Establish and maintain dashboards and performance reporting frameworks to support real-time decision-making and executive visibility.
Ensure compliance with privacy, attribution, and data governance policies.
Mentor and coach a high-performing growth marketing team, elevating capability and execution excellence.
Track emerging AdTech, growth tools, and digital innovations to strengthen the competitive edge within the travel ecosystem.
What You Bring
8–12 years of experience in growth or performance-led marketing roles, ideally in travel, marketplace, ecommerce, or high-scale consumer platforms.
Proven success managing large budgets and achieving aggressive ROI and revenue goals.
Hands-on expertise running acquisition programs across Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic platforms, and partner networks.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding algorithms, cohort behavior, and funnel analytics.
Experience with experimentation frameworks, lifecycle optimization, and cross-channel attribution.
Deep analytical ability, supported by proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, or equivalent.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfort thriving in high-growth, fast-iterating, data-driven environments.
