Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level roles
  • Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Work with department heads to understand manpower requirements
  • Build talent pipelines and manage vendor/agency relationships

2. Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture
  • Conduct stay interviews and retention initiatives

3. Performance Management

  • Drive appraisal cycles (KRA/KPI setting, mid-year & annual reviews)
  • Support managers in identifying training needs and skill gaps
  • Monitor performance improvement plans (PIP)

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave administration
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labor Laws)
  • Maintain HRMIS and employee records
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management

5. Policy & Process Management

  • Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR processes across teams
  • Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with regulations

6. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
  • Monitor effectiveness of training interventions
  • Support leadership and soft-skills development initiatives

7. Engagement & Culture Building

  • Plan employee engagement activities and events
  • Drive recognition programs, surveys, and wellness initiatives
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
