We are seeking an experienced CRM Executive to manage and maintain our customer relationship management system, ensuring seamless data flow, and providing insights to support sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM System Administration:
Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Troubleshoot issues and perform regular system updates.
Data Management:
Import, export, and clean data to ensure quality and consistency.
Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports.
Sales and Marketing Support:
Provide CRM training and support to sales and marketing teams.
Develop and implement sales and marketing workflows.
Analytics and Reporting:
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
Provide recommendations to improve sales and marketing strategies.
User Adoption:
Ensure high user adoption rates through training and support.
Monitor and report on user activity and data quality.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: 2-5 years in CRM administration, sales, or marketing.
Skills:
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Certification in CRM administration or related fields.
Experience with sales and marketing automation tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
CRM system uptime and data accuracy.
User adoption and satisfaction rates.
Quality and timeliness of reports and insights.
Contribution to sales and marketing strategy development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9, ₹25,170.27 per month
