Position Overview:
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services over the phone. Your primary tasks include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential customers through calls and lead generation activities.
2. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product or service presentations to prospects.
3. Relationship Building: Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
4. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to secure sales.
5. Sales Follow-up: Follow up on leads, quotes, and inquiries to convert them into sales.
6. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of products/services and market trends.
7. CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records and sales forecasts.
8. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports to monitor performance.
9. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
10. Targets and Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
**Requirements**:
1. Experience: Prior telesales or inside sales experience preferred.
2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Persuasive Selling Abilities: Ability to influence customers and close deals.
4. Target Orientation: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Resilience and Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and persistently follow up.
6. Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
7. Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
