We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls generating qualified leads explaining our products services and converting prospects into customers Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads Present company products services over the phone professionally and convincingly Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM Follow up on leads through calls WhatsApp and emails Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets Handle customer queries effectively and provide detailed product information Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for campaign optimization Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience in telesales telemarketing or customer service preferred Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English Good knowledge of CRM and lead management systems Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to handle rejections and remain confident Minimum qualification 12th pass Graduate preferred Perks Benefits Attractive salary performance-based incentives Training and career growth opportunities Supportive work environment and recognition programs Flexible working hours if applicable Salary Range 7 500 - 22 500 per month Incentives based on experience and performance How to Apply Send your resume on whatsapp 7014264283 Job Type Full-time Pay 7 500 00 - 22 500 00 per month Work Location In person
