Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM System Administration:

- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform regular system updates.

2. Data Management:

- Import, export, and clean data to ensure quality and consistency.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports.

3. Sales and Marketing Support:

- Provide CRM training and support to sales and marketing teams.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing workflows.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
- Provide recommendations to improve sales and marketing strategies.

5. User Adoption:

- Ensure high user adoption rates through training and support.
- Monitor and report on user activity and data quality.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Experience: 2-5 years in CRM administration, sales, or marketing.

3. Skills:

- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Nice to Have:

- Certification in CRM administration or related fields.
- Experience with sales and marketing automation tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. CRM system uptime and data accuracy.

2. User adoption and satisfaction rates.

3. Quality and timeliness of reports and insights.

4. Contribution to sales and marketing strategy development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,833.89 - ₹20,170.27 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
