Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory in Field Sales; Preference to candidates with Edgeband / Interior / Modular Furniture industry knowledge)
Employment Type: Full-Time
CTC: Up to INR 2.4 to 3 LPA
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Field Sales Executive for our Edgeband product line in Haldwani. The ideal candidate will have experience in on-field client visits, dealer network management, and direct sales within the Edgeband, Modular Furniture, Laminates, or Plywood industry. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, local market knowledge, and a consistent record of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily client visits to dealers, distributors, and furniture manufacturers to promote Edgeband products.
Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential customers.
Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate sales records, visit reports, and follow-up schedules.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to generate leads.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (Edgeband industry experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Edgeband products, applications, and market segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented personality.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively within Haldwani and surrounding regions.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Preferred Industry Background
Edgeband manufacturing/distribution.
Modular furniture components.
Laminates, plywood, and interior hardware solutions.
