**Open Positions:1. Sales Executive (L1)**
- **Salary**: Up to ₹15,000/month
- **Target**: 1 Course Sale in 15 Days, if target not complete salary not paid
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contact potential customers and explain Joshguru's career-oriented courses
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- For L3: Train and manage your sales team to achieve group targets no self target
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of sales funnel
- Ability to work independently and from home
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
