Sales Support Representative

As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve their goals and ensure a smooth sales process. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, customer service, and operational support to the sales department. Your primary objective will be to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by handling various tasks and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, including sales reports, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Assist with the creation and distribution of sales materials, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
Update and manage customer information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Maintain an organized filing system for sales documents and records.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Provide product information, pricing details, and any other necessary assistance to customers.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics or finance, to resolve customer issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in generating and qualifying leads, researching potential customers, and gathering market intelligence.
Collaborate with sales representatives to create and follow up on quotes, proposals, and orders.
Monitor and track sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and market trends.
Assist with sales campaigns, promotions, and events, both online and offline.
Operational Support:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, shipping, and delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure product availability for customers.
Assist in managing sales-related databases, systems, and tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
