Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and expand into new export markets while building and nurturing strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Conduct market research to support strategic business expansion and identify new opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sales support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and coordinate the order process for export customers, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of herbal products and their applications in global markets.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B. Pharma / M. Pharma
