Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM Executive) who will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages on Instagram, WhatsApp, and website chat.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, packaging, and dispatch.
- Track customer orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain follow-ups for customer satisfaction and feedback after purchase.
- Keep records of customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to improve the customer experience.
Desired Skills & Qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support, CRM, or e-commerce preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
