**Job Summary**:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products/services in the field. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products/services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the local market and existing network of contacts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹96,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year
