Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities
- Manage field sales activities to achieve monthly targets for FMCG products in Haldwani region.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and resolve any issues that may arise during field work.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG Sales or related field (preferably in Haldwani region).
- Strong understanding of FMCG Marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
