Job Title: Sales Executive – Cloud Email Solutionsn

Shivcloud Pvt Ltd is a trusted IT solutions provider specializing in Cloud Email Services, IT Support, and Productivity Tools. We offer leading platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, and Rediffmail. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Eldeco Sidcul Industrial Park, Uttarakhand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Promote and sell Cloud Email Services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, Rediffmail).
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demos.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right solution.
- Prepare quotations/proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update sales records and reports in Excel/CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (speaking & writing) with excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and IT services.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience in IT/SaaS/Cloud sales preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/IT/Commerce (preferred).
- 1–3 years of sales experience in IT or related field.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
