About the Role

We are urgently hiring experienced Telecaller Executives for our Solar Energy division. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. Female candidates with prior telecalling or solar industry experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain solar energy products/services.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain customer database and update call records.
  • Follow up with interested clients to ensure conversions.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer service (solar energy/renewable sector experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
