The ideal candidate should have strong market awareness, communication skills, and the ability to generate and convert leads into long -term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: ● Proactively source data from marketing, conduct market research, and generate leads.● Identify market movements (new startups, funding, listings, leadership changes, etc.).● Make cold calls and connect with potential non -IT clients for business acquisition.● Develop IT client database and explore opportunities in HR implementation tools (Staffing & Recruitment).● Focus on acquiring and engaging with startups, mid & small -sized product and service companies.● Coordinate and assist in HR tool implementation for clients.● Follow -up consistently and work towards achieving defined sales targets. RequirementsRequirements: ● 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Staffing or HR Industry.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Kannada / Hindi / Telugu / Tamil).● Strong market mapping, analytical and research abilities.● Prior experience in cold calling and lead conversion. ● Strong understanding of HR tools and staffing lifecycle.● Self -starter with a hardcore business mindset and a drive to achieve results.● Willingness to work from office in Indira Nagar, Bangalore. Bonus Skills: ● Exposure to handling HR software or tools.● Existing client database in staffing or recruitment.
