Joiner / 30 Days Role Description The Business Development Manager will beresponsible for identifying new business opportunities, building andmaintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating and closing deals, andcollaborating with cross -functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Theywill also develop and implement sales strategies, participate in industryevents, and conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends. As part of the leadership team, he/she will provide strategic input and direction to short and long -term business strategy to business executives & delivery teams.Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B/B2C channel by promoting company services to new and existing Clients.Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high caliber of service, explore and identify all their needs.Approach new businesses with proposals.Manage and maintain sales / clients database.Establish & maintain efficient relationships with new and existing clientsGenerate new business opportunities in assigned territory / channelCreate proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotesManage clients - / projects - receivables and cash collections in light of preset financial KPIEnsure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively pre and post. deal process.Evaluate the economic, strategic costs and benefits of clients and execute plans while working with key internal stakeholders.Work closely with relevant departments / colleagues - commercial, marketing, supply to ensure efficient operation in terms of - availability, database & deliveryTo act effectively as a team player with company management / colleagues taking proactive role in improving overall company performance.To establish / build long term efficient relationship with clients in targeted channel / marketManage customers - needs / expectations in line of company guidelines to ensure win / win relation
