Manager - Business Development

Responsible for sales in the Indian market for our SaaS Product. Lead outbound and direct sales efforts by proactively engaging with potential clients, buildingstrong relationships, and successfully closing deals. This is a field -intensive role that requiresfrequent client visits, lead generation, and hands -on market engagement to drive salesgrowth. Independently managing deal size of INR 50 L ARR in the past Coordinating with Pre -salesteam on getting Demos/ POCs conducted. Proposal preparation, conducting commercial negotiations leading to closure andcontracting. Collecting payments from customers and manage customer relationship. Strong communication skills with ability to sell and interact with CXO profiles ofcompanies.Requirements Overall 7 -10 years of experience in outbound and direct sales, preferably in thegarment industry. Minimum 4 -5 years of experience in selling ERP solutions. Solid business development & acquisition experience Strong relationship and account management skills Proficient in using CRM tools and data analysis to drive sales performance Proactive and solutions -oriented with the ability to work independently Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels -internally as well as externally Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs
