Business Development - International Sales Job Title: Business Acquisition – International (Vehicle OEMs/CPOs/SMEs) Location: Bangalore Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Business Head Organization: Kazam EV TechThey are looking for candidates with proven sales experience and the ability to build business operations from the ground up in any of the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Russia, Ukraine, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Ethiopia, UAE, Nepal, and Turkey.) About Kazam Kazam is India's leading EV -agnostic platform offering integrated hardware and software solutions for the electric mobility ecosystem. We enable smart charging infrastructure across residential, commercial, and fleet environments—partnering with OEMs, CPOs, builders, and more. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result -oriented individual to lead business acquisition for Kazam's hardware and software solutions across international markets. The ideal candidate will drive new business across Vehicle OEMs, Charge Point Operators (CPOs), and SMEs globally, and contribute to our strategic goal of expanding into export markets. This role requires strong exposure to global markets, an understanding of EV charging infrastructure, and a proven ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels. Key Responsibilities ● Identify, engage, and acquire international clients (Vehicle OEMs, CPOs, SMEs) for Kazam's EV charging hardware and software solutions. ● Drive full -cycle sales including prospecting, lead qualification, solution pitching, commercial closure, and onboarding. ● Establish export channels and partnerships to sell Kazam's products globally. ● Collaborate with the product and tech teams to tailor offerings based on market -specific needs. ● Build strong relationships with key decision -makers and influencers across geographies. ● Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline through CRM systems and regular reporting. ● Work on upselling and cross -selling opportunities post initial onboarding. ● Contribute to go -to -market strategies and expansion roadmaps across target international regions. Requirements ● 5–8 years of experience in international business development/sales, preferably in EV, automotive, or energy domains. ● Proven track record of acquiring and managing international clients across B2B verticals. ● In -depth knowledge of export processes, international trade regulations, and cross -border sales. ● Familiarity with the EV charging ecosystem is a strong advantage. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Self -starter with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross -functional teams. ● Willingness to travel internationally as required.
