Business Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is well -suited for experienced professionals as well as recent graduates with strong communication skills, a passion for building client relationships and a drive to achieve measurable business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities and monitor industry trends.Generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach, including calls, emails and follow -ups.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.Coordinate and schedule client meetings, prepare proposals and deliver impactful sales presentations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of client satisfaction.Track sales performance, analyze results and provide regular business reports to management. Qualifications1+ year of experience in Sales, Business Development or Lead Generation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in Kannada, Hindi and English is mandatory (written and verbal).Self -motivated with a strong willingness to learn and succeed in a fast -paced environment.Immediate joiners are highly preferred.Flexible to work in any time zones with a hybrid work model.Willingness to travel when required.
