Job Overview:We are seekingan experienced and dynamic professional to drive business growth across oursoftware and infrastructure service lines. The ideal candidate will lead salesstrategies, marketing campaigns, and proposal development efforts, especiallyin domains like AMISP (Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider), HES,MDM, AI/ML Analytics, EV Infrastructure, and Battery Energy Storage Solutions(BESS). The role involves proactive client engagement, industry trend tracking,and driving end -to -end business acquisition processes.Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy &Execution:· Develop and implement strategicsales plans to meet revenue and growth targets across software andinfrastructure verticals.· Identify and engage newprospects, create client presentations, and lead contract negotiations.· Build and maintain strongrelationships with utilities, government agencies, and key industry players.Marketing & BrandManagement:· Plan and execute marketingcampaigns (digital, content, events) to generate qualified leads.· Collaborate with technicalteams to develop brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and video explainers.· Manage brand presence throughsocial media, website, and PR activities. Proposal & BidManagement: · Lead end -to -end response toRFPs/RFIs/RFQs – including solution articulation, pricing, and documentation.· Coordinate with engineering,finance, and legal teams to ensure compliant and compelling proposals.· Maintain and update proposallibraries, case studies, and solution templates. Market Intelligence: · Continuously monitor industrydevelopments, customer needs, and competitor offerings.· Identify potentialopportunities in public and private sector tenders.· Suggest enhancements to productofferings based on market feedback. Cross -FunctionalCollaboration: · Work closely with project,product, and technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs andofferings.· Collaborate with leadership todefine go -to -market strategy and product positioning. Requirements Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 8–12 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Proposals in technology or infrastructure sectorsStrong domain knowledge in AMISP, Smart Metering, EV Infrastructure, or Energy Storage SolutionsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExperience with government/public sector tendering processesFamiliarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and proposal automation softwareDesired Skills:MBA in Marketing/Sales or equivalentExperience working with DISCOMs, utilities, or government bodiesKnowledge of AI/ML applications in energy sector is a strong plusAbility to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesStrategic thinker with analytical skills and business acumenPassionate about innovation and sustainability in energy -tech
