This role is for one of Weekday s clients Min Experience 4 years Location Bengaluru Pune Hyderabad Guwahati Surat MAdurai Gurgaon JobType full-time Requirements We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication negotiation and networking skills Key Responsibilities Identify research and pursue new business opportunities across target markets Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue goals Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive activities Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability Collaborate with internal teams marketing operations product to deliver solutions tailored to client needs Track analyze and report business development performance metrics Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking activities Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field MBA is a plus Proven track record of 4-8 years in business development sales or a related role Strong understanding of sales principles market dynamics and client relationship management Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to think strategically identify opportunities and execute growth initiatives Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM tools MS Office and sales reporting Key Skills Business development sales strategy Market research lead generation Networking relationship management Contract negotiation closing deals Analytical problem-solving mindset
