The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing, and B2B marketing, with deep expertise in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.RequirementsKey Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market reach. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue streams and achieve sales targets. Sales Management: Lead the sales process end-to-end, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of client solutions. B2B Marketing: Design and implement targeted B2B marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Utilize digital marketing, events, webinars, and industry networking to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use insights to inform business strategies, product positioning, and sales approaches. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to define business development goals, create actionable plans, and monitor performance against targets. Develop innovative approaches to overcome market challenges and capitalize on opportunities. Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of business development and sales professionals. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, prepare reports for management, and provide insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10-15 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and B2B marketing, preferably in a growth-driven organization. Strong expertise in developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue and market expansion. Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. In-depth understanding of market dynamics, B2B marketing strategies, and sales techniques. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
