Job Responsibilities:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and Candidate satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and candidate needs
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Increasing the value of current Sponsors while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Develop entry level staff into valuable employees of the organization.
Key Skills:
Proven sales track record.
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills.
