Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and certified
ServiceNow Trainer (CSA Certified)
to deliver high-impact training programs for learners preparing for the
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
exam. The trainer will be responsible for conducting end-to-end learning sessions, ensuring participants gain both conceptual understanding and practical hands-on experience required to successfully pass the certification exam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructor-led and/or virtual training sessions on
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
curriculum. - Design, develop, and customize
training content
,
lab exercises
, and
mock exams
aligned with the ServiceNow CSA exam blueprint. - Prepare participants for certification by providing
exam-focused guidance
,
practice tests
, and
review sessions
. - Conduct
hands-on demonstrations
and guide learners through real-world use cases in areas such as: - User and Role Administration
- Configuration & Customization
- Form Design, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
- Workflow and Flow Designer
- Service Catalog, Request Management
CMDB and ITSM Fundamentals
Evaluate learner performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and incorporate new features into training delivery.
- Collaborate with the program manager / L&D team to ensure training quality, relevance, and participant engagement.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Mandatory Certification:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience:
- Minimum
4 to 8 years
of overall IT experience, with at least
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and configuration experience
. - Minimum
2 years of experience delivering ServiceNow training
(corporate or institutional). - Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, tables, forms, client and server scripts.
- Knowledge of key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Reporting.
- Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and ServiceNow best practices.
- Training Skills:
- Proven experience in developing course content, lab guides, and mock tests.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner groups.
- Experience with online delivery tools (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Additional ServiceNow certifications such as:
- Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM / ITOM / HRSD / Discovery)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience designing
certification prep programs
with high learner success rates. - Exposure to ITIL processes and enterprise ITSM implementations.
