The Job
We are seeking a highly experienced Partner Manager who will bring in the skills required to manage the partner ecosystem for Digital Workplace. Partner will include but not limited to OEMs (HP, Lenovo, Dell, Ricoh, etc.), Field services partners and other technology partners.
Drive RFP responses, Solution, build presentation and present to client.
Key Skills:
- Define partner strategies
- Identifying the partners who will complement Infosys strength and bring value in workplace delivery
- Evaluate partners based on regional strength, capabilities & commercials
- Requirement gathering from RFPs and co-create solutions with partners
- Partner solution document review
- Pricing negotiations & optimization
- Experience in benchmarking solutions and pricing
- Ensure all required contracts are in place (NDA, MSA, SoW etc.)
- Partner governance and periodic partner performance evaluation Feedback from internal delivery teams & QBRs with partners
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Manage and lead a team for pre sales RFP solutioning
Your Profile
- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on partner strategies and partner management
- Proven track record of working with multiple hardware and technology partners
- Track record of diving multiple RFPs and client presentations
- Excellent understanding of Digital workplace technology areas and multiple components involved in digital workplace
