Role Overview
We are seeking a Partner Manager – Strategic Alliances who will identify, onboard, and activate IT infrastructure partners (monitoring, ITSM, helpdesk, log management) to co-sell and bundle solutions. This role is critical to scaling our GTM efforts through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard partners (Zabbix, ServiceNow, Nagios, Splunk, ManageEngine, Freshservice, etc.).
- Negotiate and finalize co-selling and bundling agreements.
- Build and execute partner enablement plans (sales kits, walkthroughs, co-branded assets).
- Track and report partner-sourced leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Act as the primary contact for partner relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing/sales teams on joint GTM campaigns.
- Gather and share partner feedback to align with product roadmap and sales strategy.
Ideal Candidate
- 5–10 years of experience in Partner Management / Alliances / Channel Sales (IT Infrastructure or SaaS).
- Proven track record of building partnerships with ITSM, monitoring, or log management tool providers.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT buyer landscape and sales cycles.
- Metrics-driven approach (KPIs, sourced revenue, activation timelines).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bonus: Existing relationships with Zabbix or similar ecosystems.
- Bonus: Experience launching partner programs in early-stage startups.
