Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our firm as a Partner on Equity Basis. The selected partner will play a key role in setting up a new office/branch, managing client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day operations and team activities.

Key Responsibilities:


• Establish and manage a new branch/office of the firm.


• Oversee day-to-day accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance work.


• Develop and maintain client relationships and business network.


• Supervise staff, ensure timely delivery of assignments, and maintain quality standards as per ICAI norms.


• Identify and pursue new professional opportunities to expand the firm's reach.


• Collaborate with existing partners in strategic decision-making and firm growth initiatives.

Requirements:


• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid ICAI membership.


• Minimum 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in practice or industry.


• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit procedures.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.


• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership of operations.
