We are looking for an Partner Portal Administrator for our Pune location whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission "to provide a fantastic customer experience". What are your responsibilities?
- Set up, configure, and maintain partner portals for ongoing and new engagements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding portal access, functionality, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of partner certifications and referral submissions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to support partner program initiatives.
- Maintain documentation related to portal processes, user guides, and partner engagement workflows.
- Monitor portals for data integrity and provide regular reports on usage and performance.
- Stay informed about new partner requirements and implement necessary updates in the portals.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Does experience count?
- Experience with CRM or partner portal platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Partner Center, Zoom Up, etc.).
- Previous experience in partner management or channel support roles.
- Familiarity with partner programs from companies like Cisco, Logitech, Microsoft, or Zoom.
- Customer service and solid communication skills are a must
