Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Partner Business Analyst (BA) with a strong IT/Technology/Hi-Tech consulting background. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, and a deep understanding of partner and channel business processes in a SaaS environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, functional expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Hands-on experience on Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Understand and document business processes including Lead to Cash and Renewal Process.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Experience in Renewal Management, Order Management, Service Contract, and Entitlement Management.
  • Expertise in Partner Portal, Deal Registration Process, Opportunity, and Forecast Management.
  • Configure basic Salesforce features including workflow, flow, and other standard configurations.
  • Create and maintain functional flow diagrams and documentation.
  • Write detailed JIRA stories, perform Impact Analysis, and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
  • Facilitate User Testing, including planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with Technical teams, QA, and Scrum/Project Managers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach as a self-starter, with strong organizational skills.
  • Be a good listener, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Partner, Channel, MSP business in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to create clear, concise functional specifications.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities.
