Key Responsibilities:

● Analyze and document current-state Q2C processes, including quoting, contract management, order processing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, IT) to gather requirements, identify pain points, and map out process flows using industry-standard methodologies and tools.

● Develop current-state process maps to aid in issues remediation and overall Q2C transformation program.

● Facilitate interviews with stakeholders to document current-state processes and ensure alignment with business goals.

● Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Q2C processes, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

● Ensure process documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with internal controls and external regulations.

● Partner with technology teams to translate business requirements into system enhancements or automation opportunities.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, process analyst, or similar role, with a focus on Q2C or related business process domains.

● Strong knowledge of end-to-end Q2C processes and best practices.

● Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS) and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

● Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

● Experience with ERP, CRM, or Q2C-related systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
