Role Description

This contract role for a Managing Partner is based on-site in Pune. The Managing Partner will oversee the operational and strategic decision-making of the location. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring teams, managing key client relationships, ensuring project execution aligns with the firm's objectives, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the organization.

The role also involves evaluating financial performance, compliance with industry regulations, and fostering collaboration across international offices.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and mentorship of teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills to engage with stakeholders across sectors effectively.
  • Operational expertise in financial oversight, project execution, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and the ability to foster cooperation across international teams.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Experience in the consulting or relevant service sectors is a plus.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
