Partner Renumeration

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Junior Associate Partner Connect to support the processing of partner commissions, incentives, and reimbursements. This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate payouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing partner remuneration including commissions, incentives, and reimbursements.
• Validate payout data and ensure accuracy in calculations and disbursements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Compliance teams for input validation and approvals.
• Maintain records of partner payments and support audit documentation.
• Resolve basic partner queries related to remuneration and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support reconciliation of partner accounts and assist in generating MIS reports.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance operations, partner management, or remuneration processing, preferably in insurance or BFSI.
• Basic understanding of commission structures and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or partner management systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
