
Business Development Manager

Eminence Technology is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in handling bidding and lead generation on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively bid on projects across platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru).
- Generate leads for Web, Mobile, AI/ML, and Blockchain projects.
- Create winning proposals, negotiate with clients, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work closely with the technical team to align business requirements.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of proven experience in bidding and business development on online portals.
- Strong understanding of IT services: Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, Blockchain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Location: Mohali (Onsite)

Pay: ₹400, ₹900,000.00 per year
