Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in the Mohali district. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategies to drive growth, and leading negotiations and closing deals. The role also includes market research, sales forecasting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Market Research and Strategy Development
- Excellent Negotiation and Deal-Closing Skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the digital solutions industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
