Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the electronics and mass communication engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to research market requirements, analyze trends, and set up operational strategies to support new business initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development:

 Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new growth opportunities.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.

 Develop comprehensive business proposals, presentations, and strategies for revenue growth.  Support sales and marketing initiatives by providing data-driven insights for targeted campaigns.

 Identify and define business needs and operational requirements for new market entry.

Operations and Business Setup:

 Plan and implement operational processes for new business initiatives.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.

 Evaluate costs, risks, and benefits associated with new business opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.

Reporting and Analysis:

 Track and analyze business performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress toward growth objectives.

 Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable format.  Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

 7+ Years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within relevant sectors.

 Strong understanding of electronics and mass communication technologies and industry trends.

 Ability to conduct market research, analyze requirements, and develop operational strategies for new business.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet growth targets.

Nice to Have:

 Experience with CRM software and sales tools.

 Knowledge of market analysis and research methodologies.

 Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.

 Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

 Track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.

 Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.

 Skills in preparing compelling business proposals and presentations.
