
Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the electronics and mass communication engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to research market requirements, analyze trends, and set up operational strategies to support new business initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive business proposals, presentations, and strategies for revenue growth. Support sales and marketing initiatives by providing data-driven insights for targeted campaigns.
Identify and define business needs and operational requirements for new market entry.
Operations and Business Setup:
Plan and implement operational processes for new business initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
Evaluate costs, risks, and benefits associated with new business opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and analyze business performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress toward growth objectives.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable format. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ Years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within relevant sectors.
Strong understanding of electronics and mass communication technologies and industry trends.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze requirements, and develop operational strategies for new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet growth targets.
Nice to Have:
Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
Knowledge of market analysis and research methodologies.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Skills in preparing compelling business proposals and presentations.
